lovely spots strong shower sufficient unit closed hot tub difficult cup unfriendly staff
the grounds included many lovely spots perfect for sitting. the shower had a very strong stream and got very hot just the way i like it. the unit itself was sufficient for my needs..
the adult hot tub was closed. getting a cup of water at the pool was difficult. the staff did not seem very friendly .

I found the rooms quite spacious with separate kitchen areas. The view over the strip was also nice. I enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub plus the games area for kids with life-size toys. Plants and a lovely atmosphere were apparent.
The shuttle service is nice but it stops at 8 pm.

The resort offers a pool and a lazy river, providing ample space for relaxation. A large grilling area is available and clean. The shuttle service to the Excalibur Hotel runs daily, a convenient perk.

attentive staff early arrival courteous guests
I loved how attentive the staff was . even though i arrived a day early, they were accommodating with extensions. it was a great experience for my family. Other guests were also courteous. the shuttle to the strip was also a great bonus.
i noticed some outlets did not have power, slightly inconvenient.

The suite includes a full kitchen with a cooker and microwave. a washing machine and dryer are also included for convenience. from the balcony, we overlooked the lazy river and pool. We also saw the mountains in the distance.

The hotel has a volleyball court, corn hole, and ping pong. the lazy river and main pool area has a sandy space. there are grilling stations near the hotel. There is also an arcade on site.

The resort is near a restaurant and a car return location. This is ideal for early flights. a shuttle is available to the city center. the location is away from the strip. This is uber and rideshare friendly.

Kelvin on bell duty provided polite service. He has been there for many years. salahra on reception gave us a warm welcome and helpful assistance. some lifeguards even gave me pointers with my backstroke, i found them professional.
